Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to your local postal carrier first. We’ll do our best to assist you, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered.
